Pool was nice (the other one by the beach was closed for renovation). Interesting decor in rooms. Nice looking hotel from outside. Easily accessible from both Chaweng and Lamai. Nice thai restaurant close by (called Imchai), with really nice couple, good fresh food for only 50 THB per dish. Chom-lay restaurant served decent food, but awesome drinks. Room was very clean, wooden floor was nice.
Beach in front of hotel not that nice, but it still was close by. Bed a bit hard. Juniour suite's bedroom part a bit dark, light didn't come in that well. Breakfast wasn't outstanding, but it was not bad either.

The room was modern with a view of a urinal, and the breakfast was great. The location was great, for example, a white-sand beach was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Staff is very friendly, attentive and demonstrate nice attitude and ready to help.Even can demonstrate the individual approach to customer's needs. The hotel design is very innovative and stylish.Hotel has 2 pools (one is close to the beach). Breakfasts are full, the menu is changing regularly, almost every 2 days.Internet access Wi-Fi is free. When you go to the beach special hotel staff is regulating traffic in order to allow guests to cross the road easily.Shops around the hotel have reasonable prices and good choice.
Hotel has a very small beach, you`ll have to go to next hotel`s beach about 10-15 minutes.Internet access in the room is not stable (although access in hotel lobby is working very well!). At breakfast there were no tablets of food at buffet, although some food was very spicy.

Can't recommend highly enough for a two-day stay
Comfortable suite, lovely pool, with a strong wi-fi connection, made it easy to stay connected while enjoying the beautiful outdoor swimming pool.
Everything was up to par.

Very nice rooms, good gym, excellent pools. Also breakfast was great, the best out of 4 hotels we stayed in Thailand. We paid just 1700 B a room but had the feeling of staying in a luxury place where everything is lovely. A bit too "western", but after staying in other thai places we even enjoyed it.
The beach is private but very small and there is almost no beach at all, if you like sand it will take few min to go to the next one. The main disadvantage was very poor quality of room cleaning service, otherwise the hotel is ideal if you want to be off the noisy Chaweng but still can go there (takes around 15min by car). No english-speaking stuff on reception at evenings/nights.

Special venue, outstanding food, amazing location to a terrific white sand beach. Extremely comfy bed in family room with a mini bar fridge, climate control and an individual safe. Particularly well equipped bathroom, incredibly nice and amazingly kind staff apart from managers. Location near the island, lamai beach area and the sea in Thailand-.

The greetings we recieved by the staff when we checked in e.g. green tea, cold face towels, introduction to the facilities. The decor and room decor it had a very nice boutique feel to it. Wide selection of breakfast foods too.
The complimentary drinking water provided in our rooms. Cheweng beach is too far from the hotel and Lamai beach was a 2 mile walk and not as clean as Cheweng beach.

Positives - It was a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The propety had a lot of shops and restaurants on the premises which was handy.
Negatives - The language barrier was a bit of a hindrance somtimes. E.g. some bookings made for us by the hotel staff for outside activities were incorrect, etc. Also, the breakfast buffet needs some more variety.

The supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff was much appreciated. Hotel's location was particularly good, next to the Fischermen's Pier. And it was also near the beautiful gardens and corridors.
Views appeared to be not very good.
